UPDATES

The International Sailing Federaation, ISAF, publish interpretations of the racing rules in The Case Book. The 2013-2016 Case Book is expected to be available early in 2013 from www.sailing.org. A copy of the 2009-2012 Case Book is installed with the program and all Case Book references refer to the current edition, the 2009-2012 Case Book. An update is expected early in 2013 and will be available as a no charge update to the program available from www.rulesmaster.com/updates.

What’s new in the 2013-2016 rules

The significant changes revealed in the 2009-2012 rules have been further simplified, some loopholes closed and the rules made easier to read and understand. More than half the rules have changes and/or ammendments.
