What’s new in the 2009-2012 rules

The new rules are the most significant update since 1997: the most complex part of the old rules, 'At Marks and Obstructions' has been completely redrafted, and new definitions added. The good news is that the rules are now easier to understand and to apply. The What's New document spells out the changes and summarises how they will affect you on the racecourse.
