Terms and Conditions for Purchase of RulesMaster Products
Please read this document carefully. It sets out the terms and conditions that apply when you buy RulesMaster products.
Delivery
RulesMaster propducts may be available as an electronic download or as a CD-ROM or product that must be physically shipped to a customer. Electronic downloads do not incur a shipping charge. Freight charges for products that are physically shipped are shown as an item on your shopping cart prior to purchase confirmation.
Usually you will be offered options for shipping:
- Within Australia: Australia Post regular mail; next Business Day Post
- Other than Australia: Airmail, Express Post or Express Courier
Please note that these are subject to review.
We will always advise by email of the date of shipment, and the expected delivery time. If you do not receive your shipment within the expected time, please contact us and we will investigate the problem.
Taxes and Customs Duty
Prices for Australian shipments include 10% Goods & Services Taax (GST) and this is shown on shopping cart and invoice. Local taxes or customs duties that mau apply in other locations is NOT INCLUDED, and is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Products supplied by electronic download are supplied with registration keys and thus cannot be returned for a credit: Before purchase you should check carefully the product description, tour, free trial, slideshow and/or video presentation that may be offered offered. You are very welcome to ask for further information by email to support@rulesmaster.com.
Products that are physically shipped:: Within 14 days of receipt of your order you may return the unopened product package for a full refund, excluding the cost of freight. Please note we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from us. Please ensure that returned products are wrapped securely and include the packing slip or a copy of our invoice. For your protection we recommend that you use insured post for shipment. Send to Ross Jensen Associates Pty Ltd, 23 Stevens St, Yeronga, Queensland 4104, Australia. Please advise us by email of your shipment, and the reason for the return.
Copyright
The product is copyrighted by and proprietary to Ross Jensen Associates Pty Ltd, or their suppliers. When you purchase the program, you may receive a unique key, Serial Number or Licence Key. You may not publish or distribute this information by any means. If you do, your license to use the program is automatically terminated, and you must remove the program from your computer(s).
Warranty
All RulesMaster products are extensively tested before commercial release. However, we cannot promise that the program will be free of bugs or program errors. If you report a program error or bug to us, we will do our best to correct it.
End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
It is a condition of sale that when you purchase RulesMaster software products you agree to the terms and conditions of our End User Licence Agreement. You cannot complete the installation of RulesMaster products onto your computer unless you confirm your agreement.
When you purchase a RulesMaster software product, you are purchasing a non-exclusive licence. It is not a sale of the program or any copy. The EULA sets out your rights and obligations with respect to this licence.
