RulesMaster Racing 2012 will be launched about November 26th.

What's New in the 2009-2012 rules? In the most significant update since 1997, Section C, At Marks and Obstructions has been completeley redrafted, and new definitions added. The good news is that the rules are now easier to understand and to apply. RulesMaster Racing has a detailed What's New document that spells it all out, plus a comprehensive programmed learning guide that covers all the detail.

What's in RulesMaster Racing 2012?  Use the Beginners' Guide to get started.  Use the comprehensive Racers' Guide for a detailed understanding.  Use Quizzes to test yourself and to have fun. Use the on-line RuleBook to quickly look up a rule.  Use the Table of Contents, the Index, or the ISAF Index to look up any part of the Racing Rules.

New Features in RulesMaster Racing 2012: The program has been updated on every scree with more space and more features throughout.  You will find it easier to use and easier to install.  There are more quizzes and more quiz questions.  You can take quizzes at the end of a chapter, or use the new Quiz setup wizard to configure your own quiz session.  The index and table of contents has been re-writtenso that you can more easily jump to that bit of information that you were looking for.
